Govt Approved Lahore-Multan Motorway 230 Km Section
This is part of Lahore-Karachi Motorway Grand Project
Islamabad (Sunday, November 15, 2015) – Yesterday an important body of federal government, The Executive Committee of National Economic Council (ECNEC) has approved the Multan-Lahore Motorway section comprises of two hundreds and thirty Kilometers. This is part of that grand and mega project in which Lahore to Karachi motorways will be built in Pakistan-China Economic Corridor (CPEC). Khanewal-Multan Motorway section is already under construction and is in final stage. While Shamkot (Khanewal) to Dharkhana (kabirwala) section is still to built.
Route of Multan-Lahore Motorway
Lahore Multan Motorway will pass through Nanakana Sahab, Jaranwala, Samundari, Satiana, Pir Mahal, Abdul Hakeem and Khanewal. Total Cost of this motorway is 150 billions Rupees. This will six lane motorway.
