Historical Hassan Perwana Graveyard Multan
It is the ancient graveyards of the historical and ancient city of Multan there is a graveyard known as Hassan Parwana graveyard (Qabaristan). In history it is said that this graveyard is about more than seven centuries old. This graveyard is spread at a vast area and there is a congested city around its surroundings. A busy road known as Dera Adda road/Pull Shawala/GPO Road passes nearby it and goes to PUL SHAWALA and then up to Boher gate. It also passes in front of General Post office (GPO).
In 1858 AD when areas of ancient graveyards of Multan measured then its area was about 360 kanal and 10 merla but now due to inattention and inaction of the relevant departments against the land capturing people (qabza mafia) the area of this graveyard is being contracted.
Bad smokers often live here. There are heaps of filth due to unsound arrangements of cleanliness. The name of this graveyard is on the name of a saint Hazrat Shah Hassan Perwana (RH).
It is located at distance of few hundreds yards from Dera Adda Chowk Multan. Hassan Parwana Colony also situated near this famous Qabaristan (Graveyard)
