Pir Adil Shrine (Darbar) District Dera Ghazi Khan (DGK)
D.G.Khan (Wednesday, April 27, 2016) – Peer Adil is town located in District Dera Ghazi Khan on Indus Highway. It is located at distance of 10 Kilometers from Shah Sadar Din. While its distance from D.G. Khan city is 20 Km. Pir Adil town is 60 Kilometers away from Taunsa Sharif city.

In DG Khan at Taunsa road, there is a shrine of Pir Aadil towards the east and about 12 km from the bus stop of Sadaruddin. Mauza Gaadi Pir Aadil is also known to this shrine.In history, your original name is Syed Sultan Ghiyas-ud-Din and your ancestors came in 1048 AD while according to the DG Khan district record, Pir Aadil (RA) came in 19th century from Mashad. Due to Adal, you became famous as Pir Aadil. Your shrine is in the graveyard and which resembles Hazrat Shah Rukn-e-Aalam shrine of Multan.
In the construction of your shrine, Multani blue tiles are used with special talent,skill and aptitude.Auqaf department is looking after this shrine.At present,some parts of the shrine are in wear and tear condition and which require immediate attention of the relevant department.
